Spa Types | Massage Centers
As you might guess,
massage centers are dedicated only to administering massages. Sometimes these
can be specialized in a particular type, such as traditional Thai massage,
reflexology, or Swedish style. Many offer a range of massage styles to choose
from. In Thailand, these places are easily found throughout urban centers.
Generally an appointment is not required, and the massages are relatively
inexpensive. One of the better examples of such a place is Wat Po, massage
center based in one of Bangkok’s most famous temples, which is also the main
school of massage and traditional medicine for the country. | |||
